TRAVEL & BOOKING FEES
- Locations over 25 miles from my residence in Ashburn, VA will be subject to a travel fee of $0.55/mile, round-trip.
- Other travel expenses, such as tolls and parking garage/valet fees, will be added to the client's invoice on the day of the event.
- Early Start Fee ($50/hour before 8am)
- A Holiday Service fee of 15% will be added to all services booked on major holiday weekends (i.e. New Years Eve, New Years Day, Valentines Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, etc).
- Touch Up Services are available in addition to wedding day services. For any situation in which the client requests extra services for any determined amount of time after initial services are completed, there will be an extra charge of $100 per hour.
- A minimum total of $500 for services is required to book
- A signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book. Deposit amount will be applied towards the final bill.
- Final payment for service is due on or before the event day. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check or Venmo.
